REST YOUR BUMP
At Cecily Day Spa we have invested in a Prone-lying Pregnancy Bolster which enables you to lay on your front throughout your massage at all stages of your pregnancy. This means you can enjoy the whole experience with maximum comfort and no worry.
Pregnancy Massage addresses the inflamed nerves by helping to release the tension on nearby muscles. Many women have experienced a significant reduction in sciatic nerve pain during pregnancy through massage. Other potential benefits of prenatal massage are improved oxygenation of soft tissues and muscles.
Pregnancy is a special time, however, as your body changes, it can bring about many aches and pains, especially in the later stages. Massage can be a natural way of easing these ailments and we are here to help.
