Guests are immediately welcomed into our company by our friendly concierge team; through our glass door you enter our beautiful, tranquil and relaxing beauty & relaxation retreat.

MOBILITY – Unfortunately our treatment rooms are not accessible to wheelchair users or people with difficulty climbing the stairs.
Please note, your appointment start time may be adjusted by 15 minutes either side of your booked time. Please check your appointment start time when you receive your confirmation. This is to maximise efficiency and accommodate as many clients as possible.

Give your back a treat with our cleansing, exfoliating and hydrating back resurfacing & moisturising treatment. Feel exfoliated and cleansed in the regeneration treatment. Back cleanse, scrub and mask finished with a moisturising massage.
Shrinking Violet™/Dainty Duchess Body Wrap

MASSAGE
Relax with a choice of our Swedish massages. This is accomplished by rubbing the muscles with long gliding strokes in the direction of blood returning to the heart. But Swedish massage therapy goes beyond relaxation.
Swedish massage is exceptionally beneficial for increasing the level of oxygen in the blood, decreasing muscle toxins, improving circulation and flexibility while easing tension. Choose from one of our very own hand blended grape seed based aromatherapy oils.
WAXING
We only use the best hot and warm waxes for our treatments, Lycon for all your intimate and underarm needs, Lycon is the world leader in waxing technologies and removes hair as short as 1mm, gentle on the skin and 50% less pain than other waxes.
For other areas we use the high performance peppermint crème warm wax from sienna x, also gentle on the skin but tough on stubborn hairs.
