Please note, some of our treatments may require a consultation or further information that would be difficult to obtain online and might be easier to book by phone or in person.
All our treatments require a 50% deposit when booking, refundable if rescheduled or cancelled within 48 hours.

Please note, your appointment start time may be adjusted by 15 minutes either side of your booked time. Please check your appointment start time when you receive your confirmation. This is to maximise efficiency and accommodate as many clients as possible.
Your Appointment Schedule
For us to provide you with the blissful pamper service you deserve, please ensure that you arrive approximately 5 mins prior to your scheduled appointment time. This will allow you enough time to settle, use the rest room and relax before your appointment begins*.
Your booked appointment time will include:
- Meet, greet and escort to your treatment room by your therapist.
- Pre-treatment Consultation Form and discussion. **
- Undress (if necessary) and get comfy.
- Your luxury treatment.
** To maximise the amount of time you spend in treatment during your allotted time, we recommend that you complete the Consultation Form online before your visit.
Following the conclusion of your scheduled time
Your therapist will:
- Provide you with a refreshing drink.
- Leave you a few minutes to get dressed.
- Discuss any aftercare products that may be of interest to you.
- Take payment for your treatment.
- Re-book your next appointment.
* Whilst we will try to accommodate where possible, we regret that we cannot always extend treatment times outside the scheduled appointment length due to client lateness as this would interfere with other customer’s scheduled appointment times.
We have created a spa environment to give you and other clients a relaxing time! Because of this, we have a NO CHILDREN policy for those under the age of 16. This strict policy is not just for our health & safety or regulation purposes, but it also gives our clients peace to relax.
As with our children policy, we also have a NO PETS policy. This excludes service dogs.
A 50% charge will be incurred for any treatment not cancelled at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled time. Late arrival will shorten your appointment time.
All prices quoted on the website are based on a Senior Therapist level. Different therapist levels are priced differently. Gratuities are not included and are welcomed at your discretion.
